The calm before the storm, I can always feel it
Ready to explode at any moment
It starts gently, then pulling and tugging with the wind every which way
Growing
The quiet drip of raindrops has now begun to rip jaggedly along my skin
Unforgiving
Unknowing
Uncaring
The thick fog keeps me lost and alone. Unable to reach out for help
I stumble blindly along in a now knee deep torrent
The wet stinging bees relentlessly torment my eyes
I wander into the worst
The water is up to my neck
No air. I drown
